Terms and Conditions

1.1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TinyToggle's website, dashboard, and API services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Romanian law to use the Service.

1.3. Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
  • You agree to notify TinyToggle immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

1.4. Billing & Payment

  • Services are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the subscription plan selected.
  • You must maintain valid payment information. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1.5. Usage Limits & Rate-Limiting

  • Free and trial accounts may be subject to usage limits. Paid plans include specific quotas.
  • TinyToggle may apply rate-limiting or throttling to ensure fair and stable use of the Service.

1.6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and trademarks are the property of TinyToggle or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

1.7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the account at any time by providing notice or ceasing use of the Service.
  • TinyToggle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws, or for non-payment.

1.8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, TinyToggle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TinyToggle in the 12 months preceding the claim.

1.9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

1.10. Changes to Terms

TinyToggle may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
